Return & Refunds Policy

At GTAonline, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you can return most items in their original condition for a refund or exchange. Please review our policy below for details.

Returns in the United States

1. Eligibility for Returns:
   • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact in order to qualify for a full refund of the price of the item. Shipping cost will not be refunded.
   • Customized items (e.g., engraved or resized products) cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect.
   • Brand name items and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
2. Return Window:
   • You must notify us of your desire to return an item within 3 days of receiving the item.
   • Returns received after 14 days may be denied or subject to a restocking fee.
3. Restocking Fee:
   • A 10% restocking fee will be applied to any item that shows visible signs of wear or damage upon return inspection.
4. Return Shipping:
   • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
   • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
5. Refund Processing:
   • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval of a full or partial refund.
   • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.

International Returns

At this time, we do not accept international returns. Please contact us at info@gtaonline.com before placing your order if you are located outside of the United States and have any questions.

Refunds

1. Approved Refunds:
   • Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
   • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
2. Late or Missing Refunds:
   • If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days, please:
     1. Check your bank account or credit card statement.
     2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.

Exchanges

1. Eligibility for Exchanges:
   • Exchanges are accepted within 60 days of the purchase date.
   • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact.
2. Store Credit:
   • If the exchanged item is of lesser value than the original purchase, the difference will be issued as store credit.
   • A restocking fee may apply if the returned item shows signs of wear or damage.
3. How to Initiate an Exchange:

Gift Returns

1. Gift Credit:
   • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item.
   • Once the return is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
2. Refund to Gift Giver:
   • If the item was not marked as a gift or shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
